The Company
Protégé Solutions was formed over 25 years ago as the Australian representative company for National Semiconductor (now part of Texas Instruments). Subsequent to this partnership, the company was repositioned as an IT consulting company with the later addition of software applications development.
Protégé is based in Melbourne, Australia. And we have successfully consulted to organizations in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK and the United States.
Steven Cinquegrana, Principal Developer and CEO
Since graduating from Monash University, Steven has worked as an electronics designer and firmware developer for some well-known organizations including NEC and National Semiconductor, though in recent years he has primarily consulted in the IT industry.
His primary areas of expertise lie in the not-for-profit and tertiary education sectors. His skills center on database design, administration and programming and applications development – particularly with VB.NET and ASP.NET – and focused on Blackbaud products such as The Raiser's Edge and The Financial Edge.
Nearly 15 years' experience with all aspects of The Raiser's Edge – including back-end SQL, macro development, plug-ins, etc – puts him on the upper tier of Raiser's Edge expertise.
