Datawise™ Webhook Processor for Blackbaud

Overview

The Datawise Webhook Processor for Blackbaud provides you with real-time Blackbaud update data which you can use to export, report on, update auxiliary databases, etc.

When changes are made to Constituents, Gifts, and other record types, Datawise is notified via Blackbaud webhooks and adds the information to a cloud database that you can access.

You can use this webhook data to retrieve the change information via Blackbaud's SKY API. (Blackbaud doesn't provide the details of data changes directly via its webhooks, so this information must be retrieved separately.)

Datawise utilizes Blackbaud webhooks to gather record change information. This information is added to your personal MySQL database which you can view, export and report on.

How the Datawise Webhook Processor for Blackbaud works

When you subscribe to our Datawise Webhook Processor for Blackbaud, we provide you with a customized Blackbaud Webhook URL such as https://6eg9la8wuc.datawi.se which you use to subscribe to Blackbaud webhook events such as Constituent email address changes, Gift deletions, etc.

We also create a dedicated MySQL database on our cloud server which you access using your own credentials. Your data is completely confidential and accessible only by you and our server administrator.

When a monitored event occurs on your Blackbaud account – such as a Constituent email address change or deletion – the information is immediately added to your Datawise database.

Pricing

Datawise is available on an annual subscription basis. Standard subscriptions are USD500 per year plus a one-off USD300 setup fee (or equivalent in your local currency). Standard subscriptions include a single custom Datawise Webhook URL and 90-day data persistence (after which older data will be purged). Your annual fee includes full support. You can extend your subscription with additional Webhook URLs and databases (USD100 per year per URL), extended data persistence (USD100 per additional 90 days) and automated daily FTP data upload (USD100 per year per account).
