The Datawise Webhook Processor for Mailchimp provides you with real-time Mailchimp Subscriber and Campaign update data which you can use to update your CRM, export or report on.

When subscribers update their email address or profile details, or subscribe or unsubscribe from a List, Datawise immediately adds the information to a cloud database you can access for a myriad or purposes.

Datawise utilizes Mailchimp webhooks to gather changed List and Campaign Sent Status information. This information is deposited to your personal MySQL database where you can view, export and report on.

How the Datawise Webhook Processor for Mailchimp works

When you subscribe to our Datawise Webhook Processor for Mailchimp, we provide you with a customized Mailchimp Webhook URL such as https://6eg9la8wuc.datawi.se which you add to your Mailchimp Audience settings.

We also create a dedicated MySQL database on our cloud server which you access using your own credentials. Your data is completely confidential and accessible only by you and our server administrator.

When a monitored event occurs in your Mailchimp account – such as a subscriber updating their profile details or subscribing to a List – the information is immediately added to your Datawise database.

• Immediately see the actions your subscribers are taking such as changing their email address, subscribing, unsubscribing, etc, as well as the status of your sent Campaigns.
• Export and analyse your data, create reports, import changes to your CRM, set automated FTP upload options, etc.

Pricing

Datawise is available on an annual subscription basis. Standard subscriptions are USD500 per year plus a one-off USD300 setup fee (or equivalent in your local currency). Standard subscriptions include a single custom Datawise Webhook URL and 90-day data persistence (after which older data will be purged). Your annual fee includes full support. You can extend your subscription with additional Webhook URLs and databases (USD100 per year per URL), extended data persistence (USD100 per additional 90 days) and automated daily FTP data upload (USD100 per year per account).
