Springbaud Version 2 Released
We're pleased to announce the release of version 2 of Springbaud, our Raiser's Edge email campaign management plug-in.
Version 2 improves Springbaud's performance and its flexibility in saving campaign result to The Raiser's Edge. The application has also been upgraded to use .NET 4.0 from the now rather long-in-the-tooth .NET 3.5.
One major change not readily apparent to a user is that Springbaud has been structurally generalized in anticipation of the addition of email management systems other than Campaign Monitor. This opens the way for our expected integration with MailChip over the coming months.
The upgrade is available free-of-charge to existing Springbaud customers. However, due to some configuration additions, an upgrade to the application data file is required which must be performed manually. Contact us when you're ready to upgrade and we'll commit to turning around the data file upgrade in under one business day, usually just an hour or so.
