We've released a free macro utility called CustomHotKeys which displays documentation, web pages, etc at the press of a "hot" function key on your keyboard, for example the F6 key.

CustomHotKeys is completely configurable: you simply associate a file type with an application and choose a function key and your Blackbaud users will have immediate access to your business rules help file, your support web page, or any kind of document you choose.

And you can configure different content for standard users and Supervisor-level users.

Lastly, CustomHotKeys is free. (Complete VBA souce code is available for a fee but we don't charge for the installable macro version.)

There are versions of CustomHotKeys for The Raiser's Edge and for The Financial/Education Edge.
